Board Meetings You are encouraged to attend our board meetings, generally held the second Sunday every month in the afternoon at church. See the schedule for upcoming board meetings. Members and non-members are welcome to attend. Committee Chairpersons are encouraged to attend and give their monthly report in person. Membership Meetings Membership meetings are held twice a year (March and September). Annual elections are held at the March meeting. Members and non-members are welcome to attend. Only qualified "voting members" can vote. |
